The Symphony Meeting Center in Morristown, New Jersey offers two dedicated training/presentation rooms designed for class sizes up to 24 people. Both can be configured in four possible configurations based on the class content: U-Shape, Classroom, Seminar, or Workgroup.

Symphony Training Rooms are purpose built for training and are designed to enhance the learning experience. Some of the many features include:

• Ergonomic HM Aeron seating for all day comfort including height adjustment
• Custom 30" wide tables with height adjustment, wire guides, and side legs to maximize chair swing
• Instructor station or lectern
• Wall to Wall Multi track whiteboards and tack boards (removable for advance preparation)
• Multi-zone lighting controlled by the instructor to dim projection area while fully lighting the remainder of the room
• High capacity HVAC system with in room controls
• In the wall network cabling to each desk position for internal LAN or T-1 Internet access
• Wi-Fi wireless T-1 Internet access throughout
• Custom built-in catering station with refrigerator. Food preparation is in the adjourning service pantry. Meetings and classes are not disturbed as food services are refreshed throughout the day
• Integrated projection screens and LCD projectior and/or floor outlets

For technology related training, computers are available with on-site IT staff for set-up and support.

Pricing for use of the Symphony Training Rooms is in half and full day increments. Please request the Symphony Training Room Pricelist.

All Symphony Meeting Services and features are available in any Symphony Training Room.

Usage policies are also designed with the convenience of our clients in mind. Set up is available on the evening before at no additional charge. Materials may be shipped in advance and stored on site up to 2 days before the session at no charge. After hours and weekend use is also available by prior arrangement.
