Symphony Presentation Rooms at the Morristown NJ Center are designed for focused presentations requiring superior comfort with a minimum of distractions. Typical uses include analyst presentations; sales seminars; and product introductions where confidentiality is important.

A particular appeal is for "smaller meetings" (such as 24 people or less) needing a true first class environment with premium catering and/or equipment requirements. With all Symphony services, your meeting will receive much closer personal attention than possible in a large conference center or hotel, where this size of meeting is below their desired profile. Also, Symphony pricing is not dependent upon guaranteed room nights and inflated catering minimums.

Presentation room layouts include any Training Room configuration and equipment required for a particular application. Setup styles available are Classroom, U-shape, Workgroup, or Seminar. Seating can be up to 40 people, with the optimum size at 24 or below. Features of the Symphony Presentation Rooms include:

  • Ergonomic seating with height adjustment for all day comfort
  • Wall-to-Wall multi-track white/tack boards (removable for advance preparation)
  • Multi-zone lighting to partially dim the projection area
  • High capacity HVAC system with in room controls
  • Complete catering services with custom serving area including refrigerator
  • Symphony Meeting Concierge on each floor
  • Full A/V and presentation equipment available
  • Wireless and wired broadband access

For confidential meetings, the Symphony Meeting Center is limited access, with no "public" traffic as in a hotel. In addition, the walls are solid and sound insulated for improved sound-proofing.

Symphony Meeting Services and features are available in any Presentation Room.

Usage policies are also designed with the convenience of our clients in mind. Set up is available on the evening before at no additional charge. Materials may be shipped in advance and stored on site up to 2 days before the session at no charge. After hours and weekend use is also available by prior arrangement.
