The Symphony Meeting Center in Morristown, New Jersey includes eight dedicated conference and meeting rooms. Conference rooms are available for meetings with as few as two participants to 14 people around a large board room table.
All meetings regardless of size receive the same high Symphony "executive level" standard of service. Your participants first step off the elevator into a five star business center. They are greeted by a floor receptionist and escorted to the meeting room. All rooms are furnished with handmade Geiger wood and leather furniture with original artwork on the walls. Presentation equipment is installed and ready for use. Beverages and food are served on Lenox china with silver and crystal service. A dedicated refresh and clean-up staff is at hand. Everything works like a Swiss watch.
Select your Symphony Meeting Center conference room by size and/or function. Some have expansive window views for impact or built in A/V equipment for function. Others are designed for maximum privacy and even have sound dampening wall panels. All are unconditionally guaranteed.
Priced hourly based on room size and not number of participants. Meetings may be set up in advance without additional charge.
Conference Room A to 4 people
A value priced meeting room ideal for interviews and smaller meetings with cherry wood table and seating with leather accents. Speakerphone included in the hourly rate.
Conference Room B to 4 people
Our most sophisticated smaller meeting room with full leather seating, original artwork, and other fine finish details. Adjacent to the lounge area for breakouts, etc.
Conference Room F to 6 people
Our most popular meeting room ideal for strategy sessions, staff meetings, etc. Includes full leather seating for all day comfort, whiteboard, and speakerphone.
Conference Room G to 8 people
This private meeting room is most popular for depositions and includes all features of Room F plus our exceptional Symphony Beverage Service for each meeting.
Conference Room H to 8 people
This extraordinary room is suitable for critical high-level executive meetings. All of the features of Room G plus electric drop down screen, high back leather seating, and built-in projector - all contained in a unique soundproofed room.
Conference Room I to 10 people
A larger, windowed conference room with features designed for maximum impact. Adjacent to our private lounge making an expansive conference area ideal for breakouts.
Conference Room J to 10 people
Our largest and most spacious table seating in a Board level room with all of our high level features, commanding window views, and adjacent to the floor reception for easy access.
